also you mention 20% of keyword, so as example say a keyword such as "chamomile tea", we would want to use something like "Benefits of Chamomile Tea Including Relaxation" or something like that?

No it is 5 links total. If you give us 5 urls we will split the links between them.

Yes we recommend using longtail keywords like these to avoid any sort of penalty for overuse.
