I thought meta refresh is a bad idea... isn't it? :dunno:

I use different kind of redirects for my sites... 301 is best, but meta refresh 0 - i think still works.

Probably his link-profile is such diverse that it just digested that 100K blast ! Did you use the main target keyword only as some of the members here suggested ? Instead of porn/sex/bad anchors, that single main keyword blast is better idea !

Try to remove as many links as possible manually first than use the disavow tool on the rest. This is pure BS - thanks to Google, we have to invest time into managing our backlinks rather than working on creating quality websites. This allows brands to stay way ahead of the game. Good job Google on successfully creating the worst search engine ever.
