Harvesting / Scraping twitter followers?

Just curious if anyone has a good method JUST for scraping or harvesting twitter followers?

I just need to build a list, randomize it and slowly drip feed follows. Building the list in the first place is what I need help with at this point.

I use tweetadder to get a list of followers of a major twitter with a large following. Find a few with a large amount of followers and you'll be good to go.

Not sure what version, it gets updated fairly frequently as part of the purchase price.
