How much should I sell this site for?

Hello, I have a site that's been making a steady $10/day for about 8 months now. There was a time it was making $20-$40/day, but then, update after update came and hit the site hard. Here's some stats of the site:

Revenue: $10/day
Visitors: Approx. 1,200/day
Pageviews: Approx. 3,500/day

I monetize with adsense, but I get a whopping $0.05 a click, and lately, I've been thinking of investing in a more profitable niche that pays at least $0.50. i would like to know if I can sell this site for at least $5,000-$7,000, as I REALLY want to buy a motorcycle p) and I also want to have some more money to invest into authority sites that I might flip too (there's a service in the BST section that can make aged authority sites for me at around $100, so yeah).

Well, I am not a flipping expert, but expecting 5K/7K for a penalized $10 a day site seems a little unrealistic in my opinion

more like 2100-2400, definetely in the low 2k range.

A savvy investor would not pay more than $1,500. Pricing is usually done with several variables & metrics, but the simple one I used was i*(p/tvm) = "income per month" * "likelyhood website will make that money" divided by "time value of money". In other words, 300 a month times say 5 months (includes time value of money calculation). Unless someone can increase the site's revenue, that is what you're looking at. Take a peek at Flippa.com to see if similar domains hae sold in your past.

Thanks guys. I know $7,500 was far-fetched, so yeah. However, I will use the $300 I make from it monthly to make new sites, and invest them into new sites that I can hopefully flip.

I guess you can say that I will see you guys again, asking for more advice

Have you tried to monetize it with something else besides Adsense? What ads are showing on your site? Someone is monetizing that traffic so you need to figure out what they are doing and ditch the Adsense.
