What is with all these threads trying to sell a product or technique (outside of BST)? Half of them are a bait and switch where they start out to "help the noobs" earn $100 a day, but is really just to gather leads via PM.

Seems like there is less and less actual REAL discussion among people who want to share on a mutual level, rather than hustle ebooks like over on DP.

I have also noticed a lot of tricky noob posts and also a lot of "complaining" threads. Luckily there are still enough great members to weigh out all the filth. I'm going to stop avoiding that red button from now on too...it's time to start doing some reporting.

Have you notice how much bans have been given out? Even long-time members are being banned. I think it's being handled, the forum, it's growing and it's natural. Make use of the report button - what is shocking is alot of long-time members getting excited and trying to test the same marketing techniques they learnt from here on the users here, when there's schools of fresh targets at DP, sad.

I'm going to stop avoiding that red button from now on too...it's time to start doing some reporting.

I think this is the route that I am going to have to start taking also. I have never felt right about reporting people etc but it is the only way to improve things. Dan08 and others have been promoting it's use so clearly we should start doing it more.

The money making section has been trashy for the past few weeks. I see nothing but spam threads trying to gain a few thanks.

I've seen a lot of this going on as well... luckily for us our mods don't put up with any shit.

I have to agree that I've noticed quite a few posts by some crafty posers as well. Most of us can see right through them, but I feel sorry for the ones who follow them to the "T" and have their accounts banned or IP's blocked.

Maybe we should leave the posts open while we pick them apart, then expose the member for leading the sheep to the wolves.

On the other hand, I have also seen alot of noobs contribute some quality shizzle as well, so I guess it's a fine line. Just gotta weed um out.

I know my postcount is very low, but I think its a bit misleading and too enticing to put stuff like "EASY 200$ A DAY", kind of takes away the creativity aspect?.. I actually like it when people brag about their earnings for competition, and are helpful with discussing individual techniques apart from "money getting", like how to extract such and such, or social engineering, but when there are the full "walkthroughs" like "EASY 500 A DAY" I think it attracts the wrong types, like those who barely use the internet and want a quick buck and not actually use their imagination. And of course if they are good ideas, the HEAVY oversaturation ALL COMPRESSED INTO A SHORT TIMEFRAME on the single methods when advertised as such, will only cause the loopholes, and methods to get closed very fast, right?

I think you got it all backwards. You become exec vip on this site, if you`re smart AND contribute. You don`t make money because you`re exec vip or whatever. It`s the other way around. Obviously there are many people doing more money than many exec vips, but they do not contribute. They are usually smart people, they add their own twists on methods, they prefer to lay low and they never give back.

What I am trying to say is, no title on this site will make you money, only you and your mind can make you money. Good luck!
