No, the guy I was responding to was trying to hijack this thread with his own offer. I alerted the mods and his post was removed...therefore you don't see what he wrote between my two posts.

Matt had did some work for me in Nov, Good work at that and quick was suppose to start project in DEC, but last time we talked he had gotten real sick ......haven't seen him since

Matt is/was a straight up guy. If he has disappeared, I would suspect that there is a good reason - ie he is very sick or somehow can't get here to respond to everyone because it just doesn't seem like him to disappear with someone's money....

something like this happened for a joomla component the guy was selling a unique component but in order to stop people from ripping it off he had it encoded... well he sold a ton and then disappeared off the face of the earth... now the software license has expired and theres no way to renew it! i am sat here with three $60 copies of scripts that dont work, thankfully i hadnt used them for a big client!!!!

i wonder if when buying/selling services BHW could set up an escrow or something similar to scriptlance????

saves people getting ripped off and people bitching etc

if Mods and that have final say if theres a problem/dispute i dont think people should mind???

im also sure no one mind a little commission going back into the bhw community/mods for their time and effort too...

just a thought...
