Bot does exist. But not the thing you can run on PC platform. Those that run on PC won't last long. YT with the help of G can sniff out the bot pretty fast.

Most people use bot with incorrect objective. The purpose is to increase view count so much that the video itself could attract curiosity virally. That will increase more views in the end.
