how do web 2.0 services help?

i have ordered a few packages from service providers on here over the months. the reports look nice and the providers and communicative and nice. however, i have seen little to no boost for some sites. and then today i checked the reports and noticed that many of the web 2.0s and other links are not even indexed or cached by google. when i got the report i did check for the links and they were live and still are but whats the point if these dont get indexed/found by google? please explain the services and offered and how they help anyone, if they do? thanks

That's pretty common. Web 2.0 sites are so heavily spammed they're getting 10,000 signups per day. Most of it is spam so why would Google want to index those profiles?

You really need to take the extra steps of getting these indexed yourself before you can expect to see any SERP increase. Web 2.0s do work, but not without taking the extra step unless they are sites you control, add content to regularly, and get indexed initially. Once you have them indexed and add new content you will find that google bot crawls them more frequently, thus giving value to the contextual links they contain.

You not going to see any SERP movement if the links are not indexed. First step: get the links indexed. Go to Fiverr and buy a SB blast with verified links (10k+) and that should do the trick!

thanks for the responses. however, i understand the concept that these web 2.0s need to be indexed via some extra help by some other "blasts". but they've already been blasted supposedly by these services i purchased. i mean most of the services on bst have that. yet they still arent indexed. what else should i do? just keep blasting them?

also, does it matte the keyword anchor text i use when blasting these web 2.0s? should it be my keyword for my main site or something more like "click here"?

last question...does this stuff actually even work? i mean i am traditionally a white hat person and started that way so all this is somewhat foreign to me. just trying some new stuff since google started kicking my ass this year with the updates.
