best ppc networks?

I am looking to advertise my cpa offers through ppc. Currently an advertiser with infolinks but their whole process seems slow so I am looking for an alternative. I heard 7search sucks, so does anyone have any suggestions? Cheap, but good quality clicks?

7search doesn't suck, you just have to filter bad traffic sources. Otherwise Infolinks and PPV networks are very good.

I focus mainly in the Adult market. As for PPC, I can tell you for sure JuicyAds pays. Haven't had a problem with them thus far.

Google adsense is great service but they may terminate your account any time without any reason. Adbrite works only with high PR website. They will not approve your adholder.

You're not going to get much better quality than on Adwords. You can also try Bing/Yahoo PPC.
