U-Design Theme - How to Add Text?

Hello

I'm using U-Design theme on my website http://intellecttoday.org/ and as you can see there is little or no text on the page w keywords which I suspect contributes to poor ranking.

Im wondering if anyone knows how to edit this theme so I can add text either above or below the first picture or right below the header.

Anyone use this theme?

Sorry, I spoke to soon. Looking at your site. I see the issue. Not sure how to get that text in there.

The only thing I can think of is to redo the header to include the info you want on the page below your logo. That way its all in the header.

I don't want to include this info for visitor only for google so I don't think google will index this in the header..
