Does the OP own this site and is using this post to promote it? Because honestly the highest it ranks for me via tracker and etc is 38 on Google in the USA.

No1 for me too - I'm in Europe. BTW, are these Elgg sites? Does anyone recognize the platform? I mean apart from the forum profiles

True blackhatters block bots via htaccess, which you can not see unless you connect ftp.

As i asked before - is it possible to block only some backlinks that way? Because some of them are shown in ahrefs! Maybe he is really ranking with only these profile/bookmarks backlinks - just with strong onsite optimalization (main KW almost everywhere)

I don't like people outing sites,it's a pretty much guaranteed way of getting googles attention because they hang out here as well.Try doing the work yourself OP and not out someones site because you're not up to the task of beating it yourself.

Sounds like he has banned ahrefs/majestic, etc. spiders in his robots.txt so that stalkers like you won`t spy on his tactics. I spot sites like that all the time...

P.S I know it`s tempting to discuss interesting sites but please stop outing websites you don`t own. Such careless shares have resulted in de-indexation of sites that have conquered thealgorithm. This forum is full of snitches and google employees.

I had a question like this months ago and someone mentioned that it was probably a 301 redirect, I'm sure that's what it is here also, have you checked for any 301 redirects?
