In the first case the anchor ratio would be 66,6% for Keyword1 and 33,3% for key2+3 - in the 2nd case it would be 75% for keyword1 and 25% for keyword2,3 and 4.

But we support both, normal spintax as well as nested spintax.

Yes, it can. If you want to submit several domains, they need to be on a related topic/niche though.
