Is there a particular location you have in mind? Also, do you have a budget?

It's harder than before... but expect a budget of 2500-5000 per year for tax documents, bank account, lawyer, etc.

An simple UK corporation with bank account was costed me about 3.5k a year just to be able to use EU processing merchants. The corporation was "dormant" - no income.

Now it's near impossible to get a bank account there if you are not from the UK yourself.

I setup offshore corporations, bank accounts and merchant accounts day to day. The UK is probably the easiest and least expensive place in the world to set up a corporation, bank account can get expensive however. You shouldn't need to spend as much as that quote. you want a Hong Kong company or not? Only cost you $500~700 per year.

I formed a Hong Kong company last year, and the set up fees are USD 490 and it costs about USD 150 annually. I am not so sure about the price, and I will check it when I return and send you a private message.
