Reddit and Stumbleupon YES (most of the time - when they change their scripts it can take the devs a week or two to find a way of cracking them)

The rest are social network sites not social bookmarking sites. (Twitter is microblog)

Reddit and stumpleupon are bookmarking sites, other ones are social media..
Yes bdm can post to reddit and stumpleupon, but needs modification in script.

No but if you have some spare cash you can buy the pro version of this plugin and do it automatically when you add a new post on wordpress or manually do the already posted posts with a click of a button.

I LOVE this plugin, just wish i could find one that does the same for the top 10 social bookmarking sites.
