As the title states I would like to know how to install a software in VPS. I am planning to subscribe for a cheap VPS services probably $5 a month. Please let me know which VPS service is good to opt for...

Good luck getting a VPS service that is worth your time/money for $5 - you need to be spending in the region of $25+ at a bare minimum and even that won't be up to much.

Installing software is easy and is the same process you would follow to install it on your own computer.

I've never seen any good VPS providers selling for $5 a month. As long as the VPS is windows, you can use a remote desktop connection to connect to the IP and install it like any other piece of software.

Why not just sign up for an existing VPS service with software already installed? Sure, it will be more than $5/month, but software will be included, AND, your VPS won't suck!

Don't use a VPS with pre-installed software.

A VPS worth it's weight will usually cost much more than $5. Install process is exactly the same as any other Windows computer.
