Exchange followers [Get followers quick]

I have over 200k followers. I'm looking for someone with decent amount of followers. Here's how it works. You retweet around 5-6 of my tweets, at the end you say, "Following the next 200 people that follow (My username here)." At the same time, I will be retweeting 5-6 of your tweets, and doing the exact same thing. I've seen it done, and a guy went from 35k to 42k followers in 1 hour.
