huge email list

I have a huge email list and I want to know a way to "move" the list into aweber for exemple to legit (not to so spam) for email marketing.

Any Ideas?

Just import it into Aweber, I think though they need opt-in again, which is a bit of a pain.

And please don't share the list with anyone!

Instal Interspire and send email to your list by your self.
