How to create Subdomains for DEMO samples on WP

Hi BHW,

My question is very straight forward to those coders who have done it aleady on Wordpress.

I'm creating Theme based portfolio site on Wordpress platform. And instead purchasing domains for each DEMO samples, I would like to be showcased under FRAMES from my main site using demo.yourdomain.com format.

Examples :
main page = http://www.elegantthemes.com/gallery/nimble/
DEMO page = http://www.elegantthemes.com/demo/?theme=Nimble

How do I can do it as well?


A detailed explanation will be much helpful. Ready to pay $5-$10 to set one such page for me and then rest I will take from there.

I think I know what you mean. You'll just have to set up a different subdomain for each theme you want to showcase, install it in it's own directory linked to that subdomain, and you're all set.

I was searching for the same some time back, and found some plugins which do something similar...I think it would be easy to edit some files in the theme preview plugin to load the preview in an iframe.

Well I can create separate sub-domain for each demo but I need the DEMO to load under the frames Something like http://www.elegantthemes.com/demo/?theme=Nimble (check the header it has some frames)
