Hi, does anyone know if it's possible to get a paypal debit card outside of the us?! I want to load some funds in my adwords account but the only thing that I have is a paypal account and some money.
Thanks!

EDIT: I failed in the category, if someone can move it...please do it.

The PayPal debit card should only be for the United States. However it does work
outside the USA if you inform PayPal of you're travel arrangements.

Get Payoneer card, you can attach virtual bank account to pp account and withdraw money from pp to card using it.

Actually I wouldn't recommend Payoneer, their fees are extremely high and it's not worth it in my opinion.

Payoneer will close your card account if it's stays unused some period of time.

i use entropay to fill my money on adwords, pm me if you have any question

Hi Guys,

Thanks for mentioning Payoneer! My name is Nissim, I'm a Community Manager at Payoneer.

We've been around since 2005, and currently provide global payment solutions to thousands of companies and millions of members worldwide. You can use the Payoneer Prepaid Debit Card to receive payments from any of the companies we work with.

We also provide a US Payment Service, which you can use to receive US Direct Deposit transfers to your card (via an associated US account/routing number).

I'd be more than happy to answer any questions you have about the card or Payoneer in general.

Hi Nissim....i have to tell you i am very dissapointed with payoneer.
I had issue with paypal and they blocked my US payment service account in my paypal because some mistake what fiverr did regarding my account, and i asked payoneer support to help me with that because i do business with paypal, and now im limited and cant do anything. My emails to payoneer costumer service been ignored. (they said nothing can be done, and thats it lol)
Payed my 30 bucks fee to payoneer and i ask myself for what? because now i have no use from this card and account.
Very disappointed and would not recommend payoneer.

Bottom line : Payoneer is good if there is not any problem, but if something happen...they do nothing to help you. so stay away.

I understand that your situation may be frustrating but what are you expecting Payoneer to do? Based on what you've said above this seems to be an issue that is strictly between you and PayPal, unless I've missed anything.

It's like blaming your bank's customer service for not helping you get your client pay an unpaid bill or going to the service desk of your airline and asking them to book you a hotel and a dinner at your destination.

Personally, I've had rather positive experiences with Payoneer although I do admit that their fees are on the high side and their customer service (both in terms of quality but mainly response times) isn't of a very high standard, but luckily I've only needed to speak to their CS on a few occasions and everything got sorted.

Payoneer is very popular with non-US IMers. It's very trusted in my opinion.

Thanks!

@MachineLord: I'm sorry to hear that you're not satisfied; if you could PM me your e-mail I'd be happy to look in to the issue for you, and see if there is anything I can do.

This is not issue between me and paypal...paypal said to sort this out with my bank account provider( payoneer), till then it is limited

Btw... in my past posts you can see i was promoting payoneer alot because i was satisfied with their service, but since this problem and when i actually needed help...i got nothing. So that is why i am kinda disappointed

I'll have to admit that PayPal can be somewhat problematic with accounts; sometimes placing limits for reasons not related to the bank/Payoneer. However I've received your PM and I'll do my best to resolve this issue.

There are some strange posts in this thread. I am not affiliated in anyway with Payoneer, but some things need to be cleared out.

Payoneer will close your card account if it's stays unused some period of time.

Negative. Payoneer takes 3 USD fee every month. If they fail to get it in 60 days period, they close your account. That 3 USD per month
can come from various sources, heck, even from your own credit card. IMO, if you don't make 36 USD per year (price of one dinner) to have
this card working, you shouldn't have it in a first place.

Actually I wouldn't recommend Payoneer, their fees are extremely high and it's not worth it in my opinion.

Again, IMO, for that kind of money they seem to be the safest (and legit!) way to add US account to Paypal. If you know any other option (for us outside US),
please share.

Payoneer hasn't build a reputation yet. Stay away.

Wrong. Have been using them for some time, never had problems. And, please, when you state your opinion like that, share your facts.

@closedCaption: Thank you for the feedback, it's much appreciated.

I wanted to clear something up regarding account closings. Payoneer very rarely closes accounts; we generally only do so in cases related to fraudulent activity.

If your account is inactive for an extended period of time, meaning you are receiving no payments and are not using the card, we will temporarily disable the card from use. All payment methods for your account will remain active, however, and you can sign in to your My Account page at any time to re-enable the card (or after you receive a payment).

There is no charge involved; it's mainly a security issue. As the card is prepaid and cannot be used with an available balance, and this only affects accounts with extended inactivity, this has an extremely low affect (if any) on account operation.

Nissim is working on my case now..and i have to say i am glad he posted in this thread, because my situation is about to be solved! Thank you Nissim! :)
