Do you pay tax.

I'm too poor to pay tax. Since all of the money I make goes towards living expenses and school (tax-deductable) officially I am below the poverty line.

Living expenses don't make any difference to your tax bill as I, unfortunately, know all too well.

How is your school fees deductible? Are they relevant to your work?

Depends on the country, if the education is related to your work eg IT degree, and earning money online you can deduct it in some countries, as is living expenses if you run your business from home you can claim % of everything in some countries, because your home is your office, electricity, water, phone bill, internet, rent %, as your home is your place of business you can deduct all sorts of things and end up in some cases reducing the amount of tax to 1-2% because in reality say 15% of your tax you would pay you actually paid in business expenses. Find yourself a half decent accountant and they can help you out.

Of course I pay :)

If you have good accountant who is taking care of your finances you dont have to pay much.

Also by studying literature you can have knowledge how to legally avoid all these things and pay less.

I plan to study these things soon.

Or you can open offshore company but this is quite risky i think
