I open 5 tabs on my browser and start stumbling 100 pages (with small reviews). When I reach 200 + I send friend request and a private message to power stumblers (4,000+ stumbles, 50 + reviews).

I only have 9 friends, but 5 of them are power stumblers. I can shoot them stumble request anytime. Their stumble have more weight in the stumbleupon algorithm.

Build your profile and only add friends that are really active (last seen: 20 hours ago not 20 days ago). It's a waste of time. You are limited with 200 friends. Make that 200 active power stumblers on your network.

I didn't add JPXeon and fatguytofit.....yet. I know they'll understand.

Build profile first by stumbling VERY interesting webpages (with added reviews). If you reach 1000+ stumbles and 50+ reviews send private message to friend (power stumblers). Make a deal with him/her that you will stumble any webpage he/she will sent to you and he/she will do the same.

Website or blog owner usually accept this proposition. If rejected, unfriend him/her. besides there're 100s of thousands power stumblers out there. It's useless(and waste of time) to have a friend that didn't act as a friend.

It's better to have 20 power stumbler friends, than 200 average stumblers.

Being a power user in stumbleupon is easier than digg. And stumbleupon gives much better traffic that last 1-3 months. While digg on last a day.

As you can see I'm not a power stumbler....yet. But I study how stumbleupon works and how you will benefit from it.

bartgatsby, thanks for the advice! I'm doing good with the stumbling but i have problem with my internet connection that slows me down:headache:. By the way, if you have been doing social networking traffic generation before can you share with us the kind of traffic that we can get once we reach the power stumbler position?
Have you tried Autostumbler application? I'm hopping to use this app once i get 20 friends.
