I dont know if i should sell my domain or try to make it into a money site:
The domain is my exact keywords and gets 1million searches a month
How much would this be worth to flip now? Also on various sites it says the age of the site is 3 years , even though i bought it yesterday, odd.

How can you even ask that when you have told us very little information about the domain. Telling us what the domain is would be a good start.

Depends on what the keywords are for a start and if the search is exact or not..

If I had to make a bet, I'd bet that the 1million searches are "broad" and not "exact" searches..

Too bad you didn't have a crystal ball and sold it before google came out with that EMD update...But i'm sure it's still worth something providing the CPC is good and if it's 1MM exact local searches.
