I have been to this link, all I see is generic avatars. I want to upload my own pic from my computer. I cant see how to?

Also, my post count isnt going up? Is there a honeymoon period?

I believe you need to be here for more than 60 days and a post count of greater than 50 before you can upload a custom avatar and don't worry too much about post count at this point, even though you made a couple of posts it still says 0 but it will reflect the true post count in a bit.
