Are these results "permanent" if we keep the monthly recurring packages? I've ordered only one SEO service from BHW that was delivered a month late, immediately after Penguin -- and my site drowned as soon as the first link was built AND I ended up paying the service provider for destroying my website.

Sorry if I don't have more faith in service providers, but if order this service, it will be for a serious client's website and I cannot take the slightest risk of having rankings drop after future Google updates. Is this meant for long term results that will retain in the search engines (e.g., all links will be considered high quality even with upcoming Google updates)?

Regarding previous orders (that have been completed), I've been reading here that lots of tumblr posts and, I think weebly posts as well, have been deleted, this cuts lots of link juice and I've been noticing how serp places have been slowly going down with some of my sites in the last month or so.

Can you re-check the next orders? Is this the right channel to do so? or should I open a support ticket?

Nothing is "permenant" , but we do have a long stay in SERPs. But I do recommend you to go for recurring. If you do not want to take a risk, test it on another website 1st, see the results for yourself, and go for the client We were not hit by the latest updates

Yes tumblrs and weeblys, lots have been deleted, we have announced that via email. That is why we asked everyone to submit a new ticket or reply to their current one, saying they want the upgrade (free of charge of course), adn we will do the replacements of tumblr and weebly to different and better ones

Here's my review.

I ordered the professional package on September 27th, and the work was completed on October 22nd - a timeframe that I'm completely happy with - they do a lot of work, and I'd rather they did it properly and took a little extra time.

They immediately provide you with a Google Document so you can see the progress of your order.

The keywords I wanted were high competition in a tough market. After completion, the SERPS moved very slowly. I kind of expect that nowadays.

As of today, the keywords I requested (plus a few other related ones) have gone from nowhere to around positions 58-71 in Google. One related keyword is at number 6. This is not really high enough to see traffic.

But it turns out that some of the High PR links had been removed. I contacted VitaRank and they contacted me immediately, and are remedying this right now. When that is done, I expect the rankings to improve, and I'll update my review in a couple of weeks to let you all know where the rankings are.

In summary, this service is great and works well, but don't expect instant results - slow and steady wins the race!

These guys are GREAT!!! They are the real deal!! I have been using their services since the end of August, always the basic package. All of the times I've used their service has been to rank a few keywords on a few months old website of mine that didn't rank at all on the SERPS, and after the first service, two of my targeted keywords were ranking #72 and #86 on Google, which I consider to be an excellent turnaround since like I said, they didn't rank at all before the Vitarank service was done.
