Can I ping a server over and over again?

I use BMD and loaded like 100+ ping servers in there. I ping loads of bookmarking profiles and there's like 1000+ so can I ping the same 100+ servers over and over again for different profiles every time? Any consequences?

You should use proxies for pinging.

From my opinion it should not be pinged over and over becoz your links may not get indexed due to pinging.

That's the way how ddos attacks work, they can ban the Ip's you use.

No problem, You Can ping a server over and over again using BMD (Use proxies). Those servers are just a gateway to notify your url's to crawl bots.
