1. They are completely restored. They look like real sites. If a google employee or competitor went to visit they would have a very hard time figuring out how you got these links. These sites will probably never been de indexed unlike blog networks etc because they have real content and real designs.
2. You know the standards are incredibly high for getting excepted into DMOZ. Think about it for a minute.. If the site was legit enough to get into dmoz then it must be a real and good looking website. It must actual provide some sort of value to the vistiors. Google takes the same philosophy. If a website is quality and provides value to the visitors it should stay indexed, gain ranks/pr and all that stuff. And you know what? A lot of them do infact have PR without me doing a single link building effort.
3. It's a unique service. Find me someone else offering this. They don't have the resources, the tools, the time, the knowledge & everything else that has been done to provide this service. Its much different than you using some web2.0's that everyone else is using. Google is already aware of the abuse of web2.0's they have de valued the power of links from these sites. You constantly need to be innovative and find new things that Google has not seen before. This method is underground, not that many people do it. Theres no public tool out there to do it en mass. Take advantage of a technique that I know works. Theres no way for Google to de value the method. It would be extremely hard and I can't even think of how they would.
