CDR = Customer distribution requirement.

Basically you need sales from different payment methods (Visa / Mastercard / Paypal) and from at least 5 different people to meet the requirement to get your first paycheck. So if all your buyers used Paypal then your payment gets carried over to the next period and you need to wait until some buyers use Visa and Mastercard to start getting paid.
