Ebook copyrights and pen name

I have a few questions about ebook copyrights and copyrights under a pen name

1. I want to publish a few books under a different pen name due to the fact they are in different niches. It's also in the dating niche and I definitely dont want it making back to the kitchen table

Any published ebook kindle authors been down this road? looking for a simple bullet proof method thanks
