Maxbounty Terminated Me

Well DK27, here's my take for what it's worth. I don't know you and I don't know if you did, or what you did or didn't. MaxSteve is the owner of MB. If it was me, instead of posting all this on a forum, I would (would have) contact(ed) him directly and asked what evidence there was (supposedly) against me. Then I would have made my case to controvert that evidence. To get on here and go on endlessly and have it followed up by others who have bad experiences is useless and doesn't further your cause, it only makes you feel better about the argument you make. If you know you haven't done what they accuse you of, then reach out to MB, maybe they will reply. If you just got caught, learn what mistakes you made to get caught and do a better job not to get caught next time.

i don't think there is even a single network that loves banning it's own affiliates
obviously something went wrong ....try to sort it out
may be call them

Dont know why everyone believes networks wouldn't ban people that are doing right. there are TONS of industries who's business model INCLUDES doing their best NOT to pay customers

But thats short term. MB has been in business for years, why would it ban an affiliate to steal the few hundred dollars he made when he could reap in money for years on end from the same affiliate? It just doesn't make sense.

Because there are 50 more guys just like him signing up every day. It's not short term, it's part of the way they generate income.

Every insurance company has a business model that encourages cheating the same people that they derive their income from, some of these companies have been around for decades. Every record company and film studio goes out of their way to NOT pay or pay as little as possible to the stars that generate their revenue for them. It's built into their basic business model. I'm sure there are many more business that have it built into their normal practice.

I'm not directing this at Max Bounty, I don't have any experience with them...I'm saying you are being naive to anyone that thinks businesses don't try and screw the people who generate revenue for em

Another person got banned on payday? Starting to see a serious trend developing here with Maxbounty. WTF Steve?

Are you for real? That makes ZERO sense.

If he generates (for example), $500 in a pay period, he will most likely generate that same revenue the next period after, and the period after that. What possible advantage could you have to robbing him of that $500 once and not making it again off of him the pay period after?

For a bigger company such as MB, $500 or $5000 is pretty much chump change to the volume they do. Banning affiliates and then trying to cover your ass on the boards is so counter-productive compared to letting money generating affiliates continue on with business. Stealing from them by banning them makes NO SENSE.

For affiliate marketing it's called "shaving"

This way they make extra money but not enough to piss you off (make you notice) so that you keep working for them. There is no "Human Resource" department to cry to when this happens. its the nature of the game.

a business model of just banning people who make you money is not a business model why?

BECAUSE IT'S HARD TO FIND PEOPLE THAT CAN MAKE YOU MONEY AFTER YOU WADE THROUGH ALL THE KIDS TRYING HALF ASS SCAMS.

I have been with different networks for YEARS and the only time I ever got banned from any network was...BECAUSE I TRIED TO CHEAT THE SYSTEM. It wasnt until I figured out the proper way to make REAL money online where half assed filling out your own lead type scams make me laugh.

Honestly, on this forum, every time I see a thread where "(some major aff. network) scammed me" I just laugh and think "yeah, sure they did"...fucking threads should read: "I tried to scam (some major aff. network) and got caught"

So you think an industry that "consistently steals a portion" aka Shaving, would not occasionally take it all? If you are ethically challenged enough to consistently steal a bit then the jump to taking it all occasionally isn't unbelievable. Hell all it takes is the wife wanting a new couch, or the price of your Oxycodone went way up.

Again, none of this is directed at MB or anyone else. I don't know if the op was doing right or not...I'm just saying if you steal you are a thief...you can wear a suit and be incorporated but your still a thief.

OP's insinuation may be hard for him to prove but it's not hard to believe.

You can only steal from someone if they have something to steal. Getting rid of the guy means you have nothing to steal anymore.

In this business it's all about liquidity. Shaving ensures liquidity but just banning an affiliate and taking their money if their money is good??? sorry doesnt make sense.

And to top it all off...this is a black hat forum. this is where the scammers/wannabie scammers are going to hang out LOL

90 % conv rate ? really ? don't know how you managed that but it stinks from a mile away
also maxbounty paid me on time eveytime

If the OP cheated the system he wouldn't posted this thread to brag about it because he would know exactly why was banned and nothing left to do. But because he posted it then this means is really a misunderstanding between him and the company. But also I know that MB have many 'false positives' maybe they are too paranoic ...

Or maybe the OP was bombarded by someone with clicks and this explains why he was accused for fraud , the 3-comps story and why he had the CTR so high...

The email said fraud but as I have heard before they always tend to give u that reason when you get the dreaded email. I just hope they don't say I incentive my traffic when I didn't(probably will). Or they might say that "its unnatural traffic" because I had high conversions. Then again you probably won't get any reply from them. If I somehow get my account back I would lose all earnings. So I went a whole month and half a day in November and got banned. Funny thing is I was still able to login to my account for up to 40 minutes after I got the email. It's like they just decided all of a sudden that they should ban me

So I have one question.

Is it possible to get banned for having a high conversion rate on a cpa network?

Mines was 70%-90% for the type of offers I was running.

How high is too high? Is it drastically different for different types of offers? For example on a free iPhone or iPad offer whatshould it be? Or on a free credit report or credit score offer what should it be?

Thou wast approved for denial.

damn this one made my day thanks lol

anyway OP, maybe having a high conversion rate make looks suspicious but i don't know either since i never that kind of conversion, CMIIW

But what are the normal acceptable conversions? I see some here saying stay at a certain level like 25% and others saying they are 80 or 90%
