Maybe they review contents for special words. I found this site very amazing.
I submitted some contents to it and after publishing them, i found them in Google instantly and its really wonderful. Its a great way for making backlinks for our websites.

Its so simple. When you submit a content to hubmesh, when your content published, copy the link location of your content and go to Google and paste the link location of it on Google and then you see its indexed by Google.
