yes you can use this accounts to post your campaigns and not get into trouble. and you have to switch to different ip's to access every account else your account will be linked and therefore banned.

Buddy like any other form of advertisement there is a learning curve. whether you promote via mediatraffic, adwords, adcenter, or yahoo. you have to test multiple campaigns inorder to findout which one is working for you.

No One is going to tell you that this offer will convert or the other.

Your adcopy plays and important role. the better campaigns you design the better you will convert.
