Offline Marketing with CPA - Advice or Ideas?

I am wanting to get more into offline marketing while I am working on some other projects in my spare time.

The method that I was thinking of, would involve me setting a landing page up with a cpa off, email submit or something easy for the target.

I would just like some advice, ideas are welcome though.

Method:

Create landing page for 'said cpa off'
~~ Print up a creative flyer with my url
post flyers up around my city


Is this a legit method to getting not just traffic, but people to act on the offer?

do cpa companies not like this ?

Sometimes people don't respond because you're onto something and they don't want you to cashing in on their methods.. Why don't you try this and let us know how it went? Or if it went really well.. keep quiet about it like some people. Hopefully you will share your results though.

That is exactly what I was trying to do. A few years ago I had a site with nothing but adsense on it. The site name was for a town and I posted signs and flyers all over town. After all was said and done, I had close to 800 visitors that day and made a few bucks. It does work and I would like to see how it works out for you.

Interesting. How many flyers did you post, and how large is the population where you did this? I have been thinking about something similar, but without Adsense.

Population was about 100,000. I didnt have that many flyers. Maybe 200. Some.just left at places around town. I also had homemade cardboard signs. Maybe about 5 of those. I didnt wanna spend any money on it. People still came to the site.

I will start posting this flyers up, downtown at first, and gonna work my way out of it into the suburbs

With that kind of population you should be fine. The best offers for this type of thing are obviously payday loans (which can be left around in malls, grocery stores, etc. in poorer areas) as well as weight loss and insurance. You know, the evergreen niches.

It's not that tough to make some decent coin with this but be prepared to be out walking around dropping flyers 8 hours a day, 5 days a week to make any serious coin. That, and your websites need to be slick so that people convert on the offer. Either that or you can just buy a domain that redirects them straight through to the offer, but many CPA companies frown upon this.

Try not to get banned from CPA company since you will get a local traffic just from 1 city, mostly only few IP ranges, so be aware of that. You can make 0$ practically

i don't think so peerfy doesnt even allow offline traffic anymore.

You would have to be in an incredibly small city for there to be that much IP range similarity... mobile networks, ISPs, free WIFI, etc. are all going to be different.

Speaking of which: make sure your shit is optimized for mobile if you're doing flyers. Tons of mobile traffic.
