There isn't right now, but generally you set HMA to rotate IPs (pause/stop) near the time delay you set, within a 10% connection 'stoppage time' window - the time it changes to connect/disconnect. I can make a video.

Just tested on our end, seems to be working. Send me a PM or submit a ticket and we can run a Teamviewer session to fix you up.
It might be just a weird limit thing. Reset your cache/cookies, restart your PC, wait a while and try again.
