Kinda agree with the other people, sales page is very vague. Might be worth editing and adding some text below so we know exactly what we're getting. At first I thought it was a guaranteed inclusion on Dmoz. But interested all the same, I'll take a look back one I've saw a few reviews.

I think this is one of those examples where SEO service providers need to realize that clients just want simple straight forward information and not a flashy sales page with hardly any details and looks more like an advert for a concert or big rave party than an actual serious SEO service!!
Actually I didn't get that either. It was not clear. You talked about getting DMOZ links then it got really vague.
After reading the thread you're saying these are homepage links but is this a one time fee or monthly? Is the content unique? Will the content where are links are placed be relevant to the link?

Step 2 - Cross reference this list with register compass or drop day or any other expiring/auction domain service.
Step 3 - Buy domains that are expiring/up for auction and listed in DMOZ
