well link exchange is a a very good way to promote the the link building and one of the necessary part of oF-page seo .
would you please tell me which websites you have for link exchange ????

Link exchange is a bit too old, whereas banner exchange isn't. The point is redirecting traffic from one site to the other and if websites are related, both webmasters will profit. It's like email swipes ...

Link exchanging is a common tool and it is effective too but what sort of sites do you work on? i mean what is your niche??
