Hello,

and i see when i access to my site without ADblock appears a popup ads, and i dont have any ads type.

please help me to solve the problem.

Thanks.

All I'm seeing for your site is maintenance.
For the clone sites, I'm not seeing anything except the same maintenance screen and a not found link!

I'd love to help you out, but there's nothing to go on here...

Getting maintenance mode, same as others. Double check you're not in maintenance mode I guess, then if you're sure your not maybe try clearing cache if you're using any caching plugins.

Edit - It doesn't look like your website has been cloned. For some reason or another that domain appears to be 301 redirecting to your site. I've tried accessing both domains with no ad-block active and got pop-ups on neither.

Why the site is on 2 address? and not only the original? picxxxdotnet? how to fix this redirect?

Thanks.

Why not just send a DMCA notice to her web host? That usually works very well.

If that doesn't work, then start contacting all income sources used by the site and let them know about it, asking them to drop her. Often this is very effective.

First thing to do though, if you haven't already tried, is to contact the site owner directly. Some people will take things down once they're caught. Other people are just plain ignorant about what they're doing. It's good to see what the other person's attitude is first.

DMCA works very well for most web hosts. It's hard to sue a person, but it's easy to sue a web host. A web host who knowingly hosts content that violates copyright puts themselves on the line for a six to seven figure lawsuit. So that'll more or less help you take down most violations.
