I have an Iphone 4 with 32 GB and it is locked to Softbank in Japan.

Can someone Factory unlock it for me if I pay some money over Paypal?

I have been trying to figure that out myself. But from what I heard its like 200 to do the unlock because SoftBank likes to play hard ball for the factory unlock

Yeah, Softbank is a real b***h...
You could try it with a japanese service like momantai --> http://moumantai.biz/?pid=51816117
but it will cost you 16.000Yen (around 160 Euro or 200 USD).
Not sure whether http://www.jqphone.com/ can help you...they do it the other way round (unlocking foreign iphones for the japanese customers) for $60.
