the update should be available shortly. you should be able to schedule scraping from your iphone via our app
wait until the update is available. the current version needed a major overhaul

After making several requests for a license transfer over the last year, I've never really been able to get support from the developer to get my license reset for my new laptop.
Check the last page, my post was skipped in his replies.
What's up with the support for this? Can't get ahold of the dev on Skype, tried emailing a long time ago, pretty sure I've sent a PM or two, and posted on this thread requesting a quick reset, and never heard back.

How hard can a license reset be? 3, maybe 4 clicks of the mouse?

Thank you both, I appreciate it. I tried a long time ago to get my issue resolved, but never got anywhere with it, and just kind of let it go. But I've been wanting to get some new leads, and realized without a license transfer it wouldn't be possible, but the seller has ignored me, which is pretty annoying. Haven't opened a shitlist, and don't really want to, would just like to get the license reset and move on, ya know?
Im sorry I missed this and I haven't actually checkd this thread in awhile which is my mistake.

I think you may have missed my email/PM a while back as well. My license (same PC as when I bought the software) no longer works for some reason. If you could get that re-activated that would be great.

You aren't alone. Might need to do a group shitlist to get things moving along, pretty bad when you have to twist an arm for support lol
Well we won't get our licenses for which we paid I guess best way will be to notify Admins about this...
Hopefully we will get what we paid for very soon and it will turn out that OP is just sick or on vacation....

I doubt very seriously he's been sick this long lol.
Anyways, he said he received my details on 11/1 shortly after midnight (my time) and would get me my new license info. It's now 1pm on the 4th, and still not a word. I'm thinking another 24 hours before taking further action, I've been more than patient.
No if you pm'd you will receive a response today. Thanks. Also no additional cost to upgrade, the upgrade will be provided via the old software so when you boot it up it will auto update.
I got your PM, advised 24-48 hrs for a repsonse. The new version isnt out yet.

I am not i'll, I did break my ribs skiing which has been on my gmail status for a while but I am here responding to requests. I do not work weekends and I am not in the US timezone.
