Seeing that video reminded me of a much better but similar in concept video I had seen some time ago... in that video, a pencil went around designing plenty of similar graphics and line-arts. I think that video was uploaded by another BHW member, but I'm not sure.
The designing was extremely fast but very beautiful. The entire screen in the video went from blank to full with plenty of line-arts, graphics, colors, messages -- filling up places randomly and at a great pace, but it was so beautifully done! Would like to see it once again.

It's an animation video. If you want to do something similart yourself, you can try the following online services (they are affordable, but the learning curve is pretty steep):

Just saw a thread on WF today inside 'Warriors for hire' section.
And the guy who made this video was there with this exampe + tons of similar videos like this one.
They said to make 1 minute of such a video will cost you $1,000 (note: this price is for warriors only, usually it's 2K-3K per minute like they said).
It's not a template for sure. It's manually created and some professional skills involved to make it. But in my opinion it's not worth 1K. Well... $500... maybe.
