How much would you pay for 10 tumblr accounts each have 100-200 followers?

For Tumblr, 200 followers each is also a really, really small number. Maybe you should let them sit for some more time, to see if the number of followers grows?

I would recommend, If you really want to sell them, you should specify the niche and how old they are to save time for possible buyers.

I haven't made them yet, just seeing if it's worth the time because I can make very good quality tumblr blogs
