Have heard good things about these guys, never used them so use at your own risk, also their links seems to be fairly good.
Right on their main page you will see:

They're fairly expensive too $360 for 16 sites
I'm looking at http://www.prq.se/?intl=1 and http://www.ir-hosting.com/
prq looks very interesting... they're Swedish from what I can see on the site... I believe piratebay is hosted in Sweden.
Good insight with the language barrier... from my experience, I've always had to call atleast once or create a support ticket because of an issue with hosting whether it be hostgator or godaddy. If there is no English support, you might be in trouble.

Yeah they are pretty expensive. i have a domain at prq.se which costs $50/year. lol
ir-hosting.com >> malwarebytes blocked their ip.

I use http://www.star-host.org/ which is based in Romania.
Someone recommended me to them so I signed up and the hosting has been very good. The owner is really cool and is always available for support over Skype too.
