The solution is not upgrade! I requested the bhw vat number to deduct the vat but no reply.
And last thing: why pay some admin?? BHW is good and big not for the admins work but by the great value content that members posts.... so for me the money are to give to members and not to the admins

Finally someone who understands, the money is to help members start their career, not slip into the pocket of the site owners.
The server to run the site doesn't cost thousands of dollars. BST fees are enough to run the site.

Actually, you are helping a government get the money it needs to buy votes by spending money it did not produce in the form of various favors If the money the government extracts from you is put to good use, why not give them all the money and they take care of you?

Open up the yearly published budget of any government in the world and see what % of its extracted money goes to ... infrastructure

When you buy something in e-commerce, the system does not check the ip, it checks the country in the payment method. So, if your paypal/card/whatever says a European country you pay VAT.

I was writing about glorious theory aimed for the general lay man (me too including), the practical is filled with political horrors. But what can stop them from the loot? The infestation is everywhere, in all countries; just shake those b@st@rds and get the money they have stolen, and there won't be any need to pay any taxes.
