I saw a guy he purchased a domain 15days back. And started seo on that site. After a month I saw there are 300 links index in alexa for that domain. How is it possible can anyone tell me please. Is it possible to get all your links indexed in alexa in month or too fast.

No big deal. I can get 5k within 10 days. You will have to use some indexing service like lindexed and also blast the links. That way most of the links will get indexed quick and also you will get faster ranking

I have done so I made 200 web 2.0 links by senuke and blasted them on 700 wiki sites 2 or three times but no effect I didn't got any single link indexed in 15 days in alexa. Pardon me if I offended you but can you make sure this is the only way or something else..

Like check backlinks in alexa and that will show that how many backlinks on your site are verified by alexa.

Just adding in here...Blasting wont help alone as hardcorebiker said try submitting to indexing service. Also blast .You will surely get them indexed in no time

But nobody is trying to manipulate Alexa's backlink checker when they build backlinks - they're pinging Google and trying to get them indexed there. Who cares what their sub-par crawlers/data aggregators pick up.
