30 Seconds isn't high retention, please read the post before trying to sell your service and wasting both of our time.

I think that the retention rate is calculated by youtube taking in consideration the length of the video so 30 sec may be ok for a 40 sec video bat far to little for a 10 min video... I think that you need a service that will guarantee that every view is more then half the length of the videos you submit... or best would be that a view is equal to a complete watch of the video ...

Yeah, you are definitely right there, i'm not sure how they expect to get any sales from a post here when it is barely related to what i asked for

The incentivized view networks get incredibly high retention rates. On TrialPay I've gotten like 90% completions rates on everything I've run. Same was true on TapJoy.
