We do not work on Saturdays and Sundays, your ticket will most likely be answered tomorrow (Monday).

Hey Luka. Ticket ID 1564 was ordered on October 17 and was assigned immediately, however the tracking document has had no progress whatsoever. I prefer if work is started quickly because what I'm doing requires timing or I would likely not see the results I'm trying to achieve.

Also ticket ID 1580 took 3 days to get assigned but no progress.
 
They say delivery time of 15 days but I have been waiting more than 20 days. Haven't received any report yet.
Just my review.
 
Guys, I have bought many services from you. Currently I have two orders pending since two weeks ago and nothing has been updated. I would appreciate you guys get back to your previous standards that exceeded my expectations. My pending tickets are: 1513 and 1479.

I want a non-recurring link.
So if u have created the recurring link, please create a non-recurring link.

Hi,

i try paying thru paypal but they ask me to check with the merchant.
If payment thru paypal doesn't allow then i need to use credit card payment already.

Yes we have an option for CC if paypal does't work :)

I hope so because my first order hasn't started yet, obviously second order is still empty. Timing is bad, i hope quality will remain as I see in this thread.

My order ticket number 1507 has not started yet, google doc is still empty, had ordered two weeks ago..?
I cant even login to the ticket now. Tried resetting the password , did not work.
