too much too fast?

I am new to the forum and have been looking around. I know that doing too much too fast can be a bad thing, but is that in general or for the domain age? I bought my domain (premium domain and was quite expensive) and it has been online since 2002. However, it doesn't get much traffic. So since I am going to be pushing it now, would I be able to really push it hard or do I need to take it slow?

Tube toolbox 5 computers running everyday (get great results, use dummy accounts to share the video so the main account doesn't get touched).
I was thinking of using BHSVPs
Submit 2 to 3 articles a day...all original 500 plus words using a submitting software
Social bookmarking
make accounts to 12 relevant forums, 4 posts per a forum per a day (or answered questions)/split between three people with anchor text back to my site

On top of this
Google adwords campaign 100 dollar budget a day with 300 clicks per a day (used google traffic estimator, 175 keywords)
4 targeted advertisements through ad placement directly onto different sites that are highly relevant in my niche
E-mail blasts advertising the site
Social networks etc.

What do you think? Need more? need less?

That's definitely not "hard". You get a lot of traffic especially with PPC, ad placements, e-mail blasts and social networks. Those drive in instant traffic but if you're looking for organic traffic by having high search engine rankings then you have to put more effort into link building rather than using tactics to drive in traffic ONLY.

But first, what do you mean by "Tube toolbox 5 computers running everyday" and BHSVPs

The 2 - 3 articles a day can easily be multiplied by using spin articles that can easily let you submit to hundreds of sites PER day so if you're looking at things time-wise, I think you can save a lot of time by going this route.

For social bookmarking, what do you do? Manual from high PR bookmarking sites? You can easily outsource this task by paying $5 - $7.5 for SB services here in BHW and you save a lot of time too.

The forum posts which give you signature links... are they from high PR forums? Do you have the time to do this? Is the traffic relevant that MAY product sales or it's just posting for the sake of links? If it's the latter then scrap that idea.

Basically, there are A LOT OF OTHER link types that your site can use: social networking posts, web 2.0 blogs, private blog network, guest posts, wiki sites, web directory links, blog comments etc.

A lot of these can be outsourced or bought as a complete package. If you're looking to do them yourself, consider buying tools to build them easily -- I recommend you look at GSA.
