Looking for HARD Incentive Supported CPA Company

I'm currently looking for a private CPA company which supports HARD incentives, have high rates and reliable. I'm going to use it for my upcoming company which I'll release soon.

I don't think Adscend Media allows hard incentives. They only allows soft incent/points only.

Yeah AM only allows soft incent. I'm looking for hard incentive companies.

Well I know that soft incentives are things like points, which you can trade for software, views, clicks, some cases cash, so I would assume HARD incentives refer to physical merchandise like prizes such as ipods, pens, ect. correct me if IM wrong....

But if that were the case then you could use the point system in which people could trade points for physical goods. So Im not really sure either as google has nothing to say about HARD Incentives In the context which it is presented. ?

Generally hard incentive refers to cash/points and soft incentive content.
