xrumer help needed guys

ok all i got myself a working copy of xrumer. but the help guide i got with it is all dubble dutch and font is all messed up. therefore i cannot read it..

i need to know how to use the damn thing and also where i get links to submit to. ie database n stuff?

seeing as i just dloaded a copy of xrumer. im preapred to share the link in exchange fo some help and maybe databse

or some one please tell me how to use the damn thing lol
