Okay so im a noob, and ive a made a few bucks with fiverr, the problem is i just don't know what to do i have enough money to buy a domain and hosting i also have an approved adscend media account for cpa but whats next? Please tell me your suggestions if you have any and help. Thank You!

Select a niche which is suitable for adscend media (Depends on offers available, if not sure select fun & entertainment) and then buy a domain, build the site and derive the traffic. That's all.
So if my niche is iphone 5 offer i put the banner for it on my website?
