Im from Argentina and want to open a US Paypal account and verify it.

My question is: Will I be able to manage it from Arg? Will Paypal know I'm managing it remotely and shut it down?
If so, is there any solution for that?

I have a Paypal account, verified. However when I try to charge customer it gives them error "This card cannot be used for this kind of payment" This error happened with several cards (master, Visa, credit and debit) Can this be fixed?

@Secondeye thanks for the documents of id and utility bill for my greek stealth paypal account.Here is my review , i know im a bit late.
Secondeye delivered me the documents and with a bank statement for credit card that i managed to alter myself i restored my limited paypal account with funds in it.The process for the documents took longer than expected a few weeks as they were handwritten in some parts but its all good thanks.So overall a good service

my friends sent me money after that they limited my account withe no option of getting plea.
when I wanted to review it, they said that "it may involve excessive risk" but I have just received money from friends and they limited me just because of "may be" probability!!

could you remove my limitation please. how much is it?

My paypal account has been blocked permanently, reason was that : one of my client wrote '' More naked girls coming soon '' in the payment note.. he wrote that just for fun.. after that i made a new paypal on my sister name and that account also get permanently limited, paypal told me you are not allowed to use paypal website anymore...

i have 2900$$ in that paypal account, is there a way i can get them back now ???

Also I need a solution - How can i use paypal again ???? and I live in India..
